Some sellers may wish to list their properties on the major portals but then do some of the work for themselves. If that this is the case, then the bronze and silver options are ideal. Fees for these packages are charged at the outset, when the property is listed.
The Gold package is our all-inclusive bundle. This takes the stress away and we will do all of the work on your behalf. The fee for this service is charged at the end of the transaction on a no sale – no fee basis.
We recommend certain firms of Solicitors, but we do not insist that you use them. Any add-on services associated with the sale are purely optional. There is no pressure or hard-sell (as you may find with other Agencies that offer online-only services). That is not the way that we work.
If you property is not selling using the Bronze and Silver packages, then you have the opportunity to upgrade to the Gold package at any time. Access to our database of buyers and the hard work by our experienced sales staff will accelerate the process and give you the best possible chance of selling. If upgrading, then the balance of the fee is due only when the sale completes.
